As with most things excellence starts with preparation. To achieve the highest quality finish, each floor is prepared with the utmost care. After the proper surface for adhesion has been achieved the coating process begins.
- Floor surfaces are mechanically prepared to ensure proper adhesion.
- All dust and debris removed prior to concrete floor coating.
- Any cracks or pits in the concrete are repaired.
- Coat vertical surfaces and stairs.
- Apply base coat to concrete.
- Broadcast flake, apply metallic, or solid pigment
- Scrape excess flake
- Vacuum floor
- Apply top coat
